Blackout dates

Black out periods fall into peak holiday season and public holidays. To give everyone a fair chance at booking, the following policies apply:

• During blackout dates, discounts and special promotions may not apply.

• Bookings during blackout periods are non-refundable/transferrable.

• Shangri-Paw will try to accommodate minor changes at their discretion.
