Our cats are our family! But sadly, they cannot travel with us, they get stressed when we move or renovate! We want to give you a place to leave your cats with peace of mind and a environment that your cats truly enjoy and will call their second home!
After working in cat rescue in Singapore for 5 years, working closely with vet clinics, studying animal behaviour and vet nursing, Kerstin has come to the strong belief that the often seen cat boarding pods are sadly not enough for most cats and that today's cat owner's expectations of a cat hotel or pet boarding facility.
Shangri-Paw provides your purry family members comfort away from home in a luxury hotel setting. You can leave your kitty in the hands of trained staff while you enjoy your travels.
Our catified hotel has plenty of extra-special features designed to give owners peace of mind knowing their four-legged companions are in safe, loving hands - trained staff will ensure your cats are happy to come back! We are also partnering with a vet clinic offering house call services to the hotel if you wish and an animal communicator offering a pre-boarding package and a quick check in after a few days!
From luxury suites to budget friendly villas, your cats can still move, jump, play and perch during their stay. No matter what, each kitty will get interaction time with our cat concierges, depending on their liking!

Kerstin
Founder
Kerstin founded Shangri-Paw after working to rescue Singapore street cats for 5 years as a photographer, fosterer and admin for the Project LUNI fostering team. With a belief in continued learning, she wanted to help educate more fosterers and took courses in animal behavior and veterinary nursing. This was a direct pre-curser to the foundation of a cat hotel as adopters kept asking for pet boarding options and very few places seemed to fit the bill! With Shangri-Paw, Kerstin aims to provide a customised luxury hotel experience for caring and worried pet owners, so they can rest assured even when they are not with their pet. Kerstin believes taking care of the owner, their concerns and doubts is just as important as pampering their feline furkids. At home, Kerstin's family is ruled by her first 2 adopted kitties Marvin & Zelda and 2 foster fails Kodak and Samantha - which have taught her much about cats individual characters over the years!
