  • The Comfort Plus room (#02) has a street-facing window. The other Comfort Rooms are cosy and window-free by design, which many shy cats actually prefer.

  • Yes. First-time and nervous cats often settle fastest in a smaller, quieter space with less to take in, paired with our Fear Free, low-stress handling.
